Day#2 Stats - Thank God its over!!

Day #2 of the 5 Day Pouch Test is over! OMG it was a little bit harder today than it was yesterday.  Today all I could have was liquids and protein shakes (same as yesterday).  Everything was okay up until about 7:50 pm after the gym..I started getting lightheaded, headache, and a cold feeling.  I thought it might happen; some describe it as carb withdrawal.  I ate a small piece of bread and it went away after I sat down for about 10 minutes.  Other than that, I actually got a little hungry today, but that may have been because my lunch of creamed chicken broth just wasnt looking too appealing with all the damn TGIF commercials I was seeing on TV!  I didn't do as well as I did yesterday.  Here are today's stats:

On day 1 and 2, I ate tomato soup mixed with 1/2 can of haof and haof and water and added a little butter to it.  It was great and so filling too!
