Lookee here - it's Friday, I'm taking a half day, meeting moms for lunch, then hair appt then drinks and then chillin so I KNOW I am off point today!!!! LOL
Breakfast was 1 slice french toast (made with low cal bread, brown sugar Splenda and SF syrup on top) and two slices bacon and a glass of milk
I just ate two Starbursts tho......

On the run, one Pure Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bar 20g, one cup watermelon (helps my sweet cravings). I am on day 5 of NO junk food, high carbs. Doing Great! Please pray I make it to Sunday, that will be my mini-goal to getting back on track.
