Day one of this mission:

We're starting on different days; some with the 5 day pouch test and others on the protein train.  Still others have developed what works for them.  Do it any way you'd like but tell the whole truth and be accountable.  In the wise words of Ms Kim, No Mercy and No Excuses.


For me its day one of the 5DPT. 
Liquid Protein - low-carb protein shakes, broth, clear or cream soups, sugar-free gelatin and sugar-free pudding.
I'm focused on getting 100g of protein in along with 80 oz liquids, half of which is water.  Supplements are a must of course and I'm on my normal exercise schedule. 

Tomorrow will be the hard part when I have to own the good, the bad and the down right ugly so I'm thinking only good thoughts!  Be strong, no slipping, just think like spies are everywhere!

I hope you have a WONDERFUL Day 1!  Today my focus is to get my mind right to start the 5dpt tomorrow!  Gotta check the cuboards when I get home to make sure I am all stocked up with soup!

I'm attempting home made cream of mushroom and cream of celery today.  If it does not work our I've got three jars of bullion cubes.  I really don't like soup very much so this will be hard.

Sorry that I am late checking in but I have been volunteering most of the day.  So busy in fact, that I have not eaten a meal which is not good.  I will

B-Diet Dr Pepper and couple bites of chicken
L-I was too busy to eat
D-Large salad...lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, cheese, eggs w/grilled chicken breast
Water -I have had about 48 ounces already and I will cosume at least 16 more ounces
