Hold my feet to the fire please! Accountability Mission Day 3
Girl, we bought home the rest of the buns...of course Martins's lol and I put them right in the freezer. I'll break them out again later on, but def not in the next two weeks!! Yesterday was a lil better, still needs improvement but better. This was the damage:
B- 6 oz Chobani blueberry yogurt, 1/4 cup Kashi Go lean Crunch
S- trail mix
L- Malaysian fried rice w/ chicken and shrimp
S- 1/2 slice cheesecake
D- salmon cake, 2 whole wings
S- S&S high protien frap
For exercise I completed my FIRM complete weights and abs DVD.
Today...I woke up and actually exercised this AM. Did 1/2 hr of pilates and 1/2 hr of step DVD. I knew right after work I was going to dinner with friends and then my WLS support group meeting and would be coming home late, so no excuses for me! If time allows will go running on my lunch break, but it's supposed to be hot as hell so that might be nixed. I have my meals all packed up and I'm ready today. The plan is
B- 2 eggs, slice of American., 4 slices of turkey bacon, on low carb toast.

L- 1/2 pound of peal and eat shrimp w ****tail sauce
S- trail mix
D- something protieny from Texas Roadhose
S- Atkins resee cups on the train ride back home
S2- protien shake b4 bed
w/o counting whatever I get from Texas Roadhouse for dinner that's 102g protien and 65g carbs.

Hello! This weekend was cool...still on my shakes and my one good meal....as for exersize, I been going to various ballroom and hustle classes.....man do they work!!! I went down another pound and back up a 1/2 pound......I know scale whoring won't help but its so tempting plus I have a doctor's scale (its so dam accurate!)....anywho...I hope everyone is doing well...I m going out of town for a few days so this is going to be a challenge for me...I seem to stray off my path when I travel and I have been traveling alot this summer! I have learned no matter where I am, I MUST make good decisions.....as far as a tip that has helped me...I know that drinking liquids during a meal is a NO NO, so one day when my mouth was like sand I put one i chip in my mouth...that calmed me down to get through my thirty minute wait to drink period.....

That ice chip is a good tip. Travel tip: Carry a few snacks as emergency food to stay on track. I keep 2-3 snacks per day I'm gone or in transit. Since I started doing that I have not slipped up while traveling.
I too am a scale ***** My Tanita body fat/ body water scale gives me the same readings as the professional Tanita models in the dr's office and at the gym. I wish I could afford the professional travel version, lol.
