Umm - yea, COOKING is what this post is about..... *I* won't really be doing any. MIGHT do a batch of salmon croquettes so I keep my ass out of a drive thru lane during the week and that's about it!!!!

@- And my might I FIRST say to US for FINALLY not buying the bait and responding to BULLSHIOT........You keep talking both those croquettes and I think I just might have to cook them one day this weeek. I cooked a HUGE skillet of smothered potatoes with sausage and cornbread on yesterday. So today, I will be relaxing. I had maybe 1/4 cup of them and two bites of the bread and Lawd knows I wanted to go back for more. But I am so on fiyah right now trying to get to a number that I have not seen in 17+ years which is weighing 189 or less. Make it a good one everyone.

however - I am STILL on the lookout for that sammich..... I absolutely love to cook...I really do. I had just been on hiatus since it was just me and my son at home. I would only cook maybe once a week which was usually a Sunday and then we would go to my Mom's and then the $1 menu for a day and frozen dinners another day etc...

A couple of Sundays ago, after I noticed all this good cooking ya’ll be doing, I threatened to come by and get me a plate. Since then ya’ll have stop cooking. This is the second Sunday I had to go hungry because I could not find someone cooking Sunday dinner. Now you know that your Mommas taught you gals to always have a plate ready on Sunday evening in case a hungry bachelor stops by to say hi. If ya’ll don’t cook next Sunday, “I’m telling."…..LOL
