Good afternoon Trina

We are having some

Louisiana style porck chops( browned in I can't belive it's not butter, then simmered in low sodium stewed tomates with Tabouille for some added flavoring)
Oragnic Rice
Brussel Sprouts for dinner

So do tell a sister how to make salmon croquettes?? Inquiring minds want to know.

First, my usual cyber Sunday dinner as I dine vicariously through this thread.  In the real world I'll throw together what ever is about to expire first and call it a meal.

Where you at Trina you got folks asking about the croquette receipe?  I don't have one I just make mine up and I don't measure anything so I won't be any good at giving out the recipe.

ok, the husband is cooking some ribs... too bad, I will only be able to eat 1 or 2.  Will also have some mashed potatoes.  Has anyone tried the steam n mash ones in the freezer section?  You can make them as smooth or lumpy as you want.  They are the bomb and I will have a few bites of that too.  Thats dinner for me...
