Gym Equipment???

It may be time for me to invest these monthly dues in some quality home equipment. Anyone have a piece of home gym equipment they absolutely love and use regularly?

I have equipment at home that I use for a workout.....

oh wait - you did say GYM equipment...... LOL!!!!

I have free weights and an exercise ball at home - that's it. had a reclining bike when I was working on losing weight pre-op, but I can do the hampster thing at home - the sofa is too close for me to justify running in place.....

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions! I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

My main reason for using the gym is the reclining bike. I'd save so much time if I had one at home.

What kind do you have?
Does it have a display and calculate calories buned?

ummm - wow - it's been so long since I bought it - I got it at Walmart, tho.

Yes - it did display MPH, distance and calories. i wish I could just ship you mine - that thing is collecting dust in my back bedroom

Took awhile . I'm extra slow today.

That's about 1/3 of what I thought I'd pay for one. Thanks, did not even think about trying Walmart. I'll be adding this to next month's budget.

Glad to help - I'm cheap as HEYL when it comes to getting things like this - sista be on a TIGHT budget - when I bought mine it was on sale for $99 - I DO remember that! LOL

check out the bands and handweights. you can do upper body while you are on the bike.

I have an elliptical and a treadmill. The treadmill doesn't get much use but I love the elliptical when I actually get my butt on it.

I would try craigslist or your nearest salvation army. I went to salvation army on lunch looking for a suit jacket and found a bunch of weights there.

Des the eliptical have a display and calculare calories burned? How are the resistance levels?
