I know I am wrong but it yuuuuummmmy and she said to tell the truth!  Today if my OFF day and if I did not take this day off  I would have to have been committed because I would have pulled out all my hair.

I feel about you like my co worker who walked into the break room JUST as I had finished fixing my salad and announced she had a big, greasy burger waiting on her for lunch......

same thing I had yesterday (we still got leftover office lunch)

insides of 1/2 a tuna sandwich and 1/2 of a turkey/bacon/cheese sandwich
Pasta salad
Oatmeal cookie (saving for my afternoon snack)

I don't feel like a fat cow....I AM a fat cow.  My mom is staying with me for a while and cooks every day!  The dinner is done by 11:00 every morning, house clean, laundry done so there is absolutely no reason for me NOT to be exercising! I don't have anything else to do.  I've got to get control!
