# 3 is tight, be sure you have done a couple yoga classes and take some potassium pills beforehand - you'll get leg cramps after the first two nuts........
#6 and #7 require serious upper body strength - anything more than 5 minutes - you might end up with momentary muscle failure - that kills the mood. Make sure you post up and ready.
I think 5 and 8 are out of order - typically 8 is what happens then that ninja tears UP #5! LOL
Gotta watchout on 9 - if homie is packing - you might end up callin out the next day - that's a DEEP spot right thur.......

GIRL...let me tell you I started doing Yoga and Pilates the beginning of this year....WOO WEE...Now I do 3.5 miles for cardio M-F at lunch then in the evening I spend an hour at the gym and this is my schedule:
Monday - Body Pump 60 minutes weights & cardio combo
Tuesday - Yoga 60 minutes
Wednesday - Pilates 45 minutes
Thursday - Zumba 60 minutes
