Research study for BA women following RNY

Hello,

I am a nurse researcher from Duquesne University. I am conducting a study focusing on the experiences of African American women who have had Roux-en-Y gastric bypass surgery.

To be eligible to participate, you will need to be at least 18 years of age and be between 6 months and 2 years following your surgery. To take part in the study, there are additional criteria you may need to meet. If you are interested, I will contact you with the details.

I would really appreciate your input. The interview would take between 45 minutes to 1 hours and can be done at a time that is convenient for you. Your information would be used to provide health care professionals with information regarding what it is like to be a black woman who has had gastric bypass surgery and all information will be kept confidential.
