1St Day of School Workout, MY RUNNING AND ARM ROUTINE

-1 hr run at 6:00 am
-4 sets of 10 bicep curls with 20 / 30 pounds dumb bells. (heavy weight, less reps = big biceps)
-35 Push Ups (50 is my goal)
-15 Pull ups
You want Great arms, Here is where you begin: At home on the floor, you don't have to go to a gym to get great arms.

I don't really like running that early but school starts back today so I have to run early today
Resistance bands are great and I don't think they are punkish they just didn't give me muscle I wanted.
Try doing some pushups to see how many you can do, do the on your knees one they are pretty hard and will build up your chest muscles which will make your shoulders look bigger
You can also do a push away, if you don't want to do the push-up on your knees, using a wall, stand so that you are away from the wall, then lean into the wall and push your body off the wall, this is good especially for those who have knee problems but can not do a full push-up. The closer your feet are to the wall, the easier, the farther away, the harder the push-away will be, start with easy, work up to harder.

I only recommend it if you have lost all your weight cause it is very frustrating working out that hard and not losing weight but gaining because your packing on so much muscle.
