Okay so you got my 39 year old arse beat on the 1 hr run and the amount of the weights on the bicep curls and the 35 push ups and for dayum sure the 15 pull ups..oh wait...you got me beat on EVERYTHING but I will take your advice and start at home.

I'm all over this! I just started trying to do push ups but I can only do the ones on my knees for right now. I have some 12 pound weights and they kill me should I do more reps? I'm trying to burn this fat off!
When nothing else could help................LOVE lifted me!!!!

If 12 pound weights are all you have then use those and do what you can just don't overdue it.  Yeah start with knee push ups or you can do them against the wall like LaVerne mentioned earlier up the thread.
