Yes, you can eat those things. But remember this:

1. They can make you ill - too much fat.
2. Your pouch may not like it.
3. The PS has a lot of calories.
4. Moderation is the key.

You can eat any meat. The key is in the preparation. Meat should be moist, never dry.
