Good Morning All you Beautiful People

Still waiting on my approvalthat's another story all together

Anywho I'm looking in the mirror this morning which I do alot and my behind looks like a straight up potato(dents and all) I know my body will change after WLS but Im wondering what exercises can I do to firm up my rear??? Yes I know I will never have the porn star dunk that I so want!!

Thank goodness the dents go away when I'm not standing up.........

1.  Squats - spread your feet shoulder width apart and act like you are about to sit down and then half way there change your mind and stand up.
2.  Lunges - put your hands on your waist, take a giant step forward and do a squat that way.
3.  Lunges (with weights) - hold small dumbbells and do lunges.

NO lie!!!!  Your ****s are gonna burn back there for the first week or so, so start slowly and with a low amount of reps.  Build your tolerance up over time gradually over time.

@ one of those football player bootays?

Perhaps.  I don't know.  All I do know is that older ladies at church be trying to pinch my rump and pretend that they are just reaching over to get a church fan or that they are trying to shake somebody's hand at the end of service.  So I must be doing something right.  Nahmean?

GREAT ADVICE

You should give "Build A Booty" workshops!

Noooooo....

This is still Double_Ayy! ya talkin to ya know.  I'd be talking about "booties" one second and then pretty soon I'd try and steer the conversation toward boobies.  ...and there goes the workshops!

I saw this video where they lay on the floor and put their feet on the couch and lift up and squeeze their butts like a billion times.

I sat there and ate m&m's and watched the whole thing didn't even break a sweat.
