LMAO.  Why every new workout dvd I get I never do the workout the first time.  I sit my rump on the couch and jus****ch it.  lol.

The crazy part is I put on my workout gear.

I know I always watch it first before doing it but you are better than me shoot you actually get dressed.   I just eat and watch.

Will the lunges firm it up? I don't know guys.......before WLS I've never had buns but just let me tell you...............they are here and I'm (my hubby especially) is loving them. Maybe I should try to firm so it won't hear the song jiggling baby all day.
When nothing else could help................LOVE lifted me!!!!
