Good Morning BAF Fam!  I'm out early tomorrow so I've got to post this tonight.


We all know the drill, tell the whole truth and be accountable.  How did SUNDAY work out for you?  Still riding the protein train?  How's that 5DPT working?  Encouragement or critique to offer?  Need a little prodding or a big shove?

I did a lot better yesterday than I did on Saturday.  It was not possible to do much worse. 

I hit all of my targets, but I fought head hunger all day.  Ms Pouch was grumpy because of Saturdays overeating.  I was full all day yet I still wanted to eat.  What the hell is wrong with me these past two days?

Anyhoo...  I did 75 min cardio and will do the same today.  Haven't done the numbers yet but I'm sure I have a nice deficit of around 1300 for Sunday.  Hopefully, I'll get enough feeling back in my hands to hit the weights again this week.  I can just feel my muscles sagging.

Effective today, I am back on the train.  I have one week left on the Labor Day Vets Challenge and I have a feeling that I won't make it to 185 and that is okay with me.  However, I am going to try very, very hard to at least see a numnber with a 18 in front of it.  

Today's plan:
B-coffee and eggs
L-salad
D-salad with meat
Water-64 ounces
Exercise-3 miles

This Labor Day challenge is making me step up my game too.  Here's to hitting that goal or really close to it.

My Sunday was on point!  Even exercised.

Today's plan is:
B - protein bullet, 3 slices turkey bacon (dang you Cookie!!!) and 1 slice toast w/cream cheese spread
L - salad w/olives and cheese, 1 Hickory BBQ chicken breast
D - chicken stir-fry or collard greensw/ cornbread

S - PB crackers

Water - 80 oz
Vitamins - check

No exercise today - looking to get back to my Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday routine.

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

What I would't do for a lc cornbread recipe to go with my greens.

Been feeling kinda blah all last week but still in this!  Did pretty good last week with all (eating, exercise, water, protein, and vits)
Did real well over the weekend too, only because I didn't feel to good. LOL

Ok I feel good after 5DPT I'm down 2 pounds. Carbs have not been knocking at my door. I'm now hoping on the train gotta get at least 5 more pounds off before Labor day which is one week away so I gotta step up my game.

Today's plan:
pre- b- protein shake and vitamins
b- boiled eggs
l- ribs and salad
d- meatball and salad
100 oz of water

 On the 5dpt result.  Ambitious goal for the week.  I need to copy what you eat & see if I can loose 5 this week too.
