Hi There!

I've been on the protein train and tried a kickboxing class this past Saturday. It was great and finally.........the scale is back moving again. I plan to exercise at least 4 times this week.

Kickboxing sounds fun.  I just got the whole tae bo series from good will for a buck a tape.  That's as close to a kickboxing class as I'm going to get.

I might as well not check back in till next week lol! I'm gonna "try" to be good, but we're going to settlement today on my new place, so we have to move out and then start getting our new place together. But after everything is calm I will be straight. My building has a pool and a bomb workout room in it that I will use everyday!

Congrats on the new place. 

Its more importent to check in when you're busy and not on point as a reminder there is still work to be done.  With moving you'll be getting a hell of a workout.
