Yeah - Calcium - right..... umm..... see.......

It's still hit or miss with that one - the whole 'take it 4 hours after your other shiot' throws me COMPLETELY off.

Um - can I take it with vodka at night?

Girl, take one dose as soon as you wake up. That way, you will have time before you have to start taking the other stuff. Take the last dose RIGHT before you go to bed. Wait 4 hrs?? I only wait 2 hrs. What happened to cutting out the "spirits?"

I take my multi and other vitamins within 1 hour of being up - so I have to split it out to sometime after I get to work - which is crazy because depending on the day - I might be too crazy to think about calcium.

The right before bed thing can definitely work tho - and on the spirits.... I WUZ quitting..... and um then wha had da happen wuz....... I'M STRESSED - SO SUE ME!!!! LMAO

If it's any consolation - vodka has no carbs or sugar and is actually reasonably low calorie
