Raven I was so blessed I choose a good doctor and got my money's worth. HE pulled my skin down so tight that it removed ANY signs I ever had RNY. Sending you a pic of my belly on b/l.

Congratulations on the next phase of your journey.  I knew you would probably go ahead with the procedure.

Faith,
This skin is awful.  It's the only thing left really.  I cannot wear anything form fitting without a girdle and even with some things I cannot. The Doctor recommended a whole body lift, but I am OK with my other areas.  The thighs have skin but, oh well.  the arms have flaps but that's OK. I think I will be most happy with a flat stomach and the contouring.
I made my trainer a promise I would workhard for 6 more months and the 6 months ends on Oct 2nd. The stomach/skin is still there, LOL.
How is your healing coming along?

I am not afraid of tomorrow,
for I have seen yesterday
and I love today......

I truly understand about being okay with the other areas.  Even though once I pay for this I maybe tempted to do the inner/outer thighs (I might be becoming an PS addict).  I went in last Friday for another follow up visit and everything is looking good and as of my surgery on July 2nd, I had lost almost 10 pounds.  She would not take my pictures because she said if I saw my comparison pics that I may not work as hard so she is making me wait until my 3 month visit to take my 1st after pics.

I'm so excited for you.  Good luck!  Don't forget to check out the plastic surgery board, Dr L posts over there and answers questions occasionally.
