I'm just curious, how much weight have you lost from your highest?  How far from your goal are you?

Well I went from 275.5 to 145 

I gained like 30 - 40 pounds.   I don't have any idea of what I weigh cause Becca got so sick and tired of me being depressed over the scale she threw it away.    Last time I weighed myself I was 175.   I am very very heavy though even when i'm small i'm heavy.

Sorry to make you deal with the #s but I see you as such an inspiration and I'm sorry you don't see your success for what it is.

Ok, so what changed in your lifestyle/routine when the weight gain happened?  Obviously it wasn't your exercise routine-that always seems to be on point.

Well I go on eating sprees,    I love to partake in the m&m's and fig bars, etc..............

I don't deny that I have an addiction to sugar,  I can go months with no sugar and once I break lord do I break.

I had to find substitute sweets early on.  I use atkins and south beach bars, the small ones.  I have ten different flavors in stock right now.  If not I would be at the coffee shop with my face in some cake every day. 

Girl, we all have an addiction to some food.  That's why we all got fat in the 1st place.  Luckily for me, chocolate and candies don't do it for me.  But cookies or ice cream?  Whew! Watch out!

I can't eat ice cream anymore, but I have recently found out that sherbert goes down just fine.   What a horrible discovery.   LOL

Well if you go the Nutri System route let us know how it goes.

I have not tried Nutrisystem myself, so this is just an FYI for you, Lee. 

Last week I was in the local Big Lots store and noticed that they had a variety of Nutrisystem foods there.  While nearby, I noticed 2 ladies stocking up on them.  They were discussing how well they were priced as compared to buying directly from NS.

So,if you have a Big Lots in your area, you might sample the food before making a large purchase or commitment.

I ordered it last night got next day shipping and got it today,  but you are so right I have seen a lot of the food in Big Lots.  I will be going there tomorrow and getting some stuff.

It is very expensive, but if it works then it's worth it for me.   I will at least give it a month.
