Calcium citrate chews and an unsweetened tea.  I am so wrong for today.  I have not had any protein at all.  I will have a protein shake for dinner.

 i had eggs for lunch before i left to get my hair done toes done and a massage.

I have learned my lesson. Never again. I threw the eggs up (mind u i had about a tablespoon and a half full eaten with a teaspoon.)
I threw up the eggs 30 minutes later, then some more 20 minutes later, then i had this foaming sensation.

Sorry for the tmi.

I felt like crap for about 4 to 5 hours after that.....

Now i am home and feel like a million bucks again.

Salad w/ asian dressing and carb control yogurt

 Pre surgery 300 lbs, lowest after 175 lbs, re-gain highest 249 lbs, current 211 lbs, goal 170 lbs!
