I have made up my mind NUTRISYSTEM & RUNNING

Today is Becca's birthday and tomorrow I start NutriSystem.

Ok,  Yall I know i'm crazy, but I ordered 3 months of Nutrisystem and it cost me over $1000 bucks, but if I lose any weight it will be worth it.    I had it all fedX 'ed to me so I have a house full of this stuff now.  

I have tried several of the food items and they are not to bad, not to great but doable for sure.  

I really hopes this works for me because I really do feel like i'm grasping at straws now,  I have tried dam near everything and with very little results.   So I researched this and read all the reviews and i'm gonna try it. 

The meals have a ton of protein and not a lot of sodium.  You have breakfast, lunch, dinner and 2 snacks and yes you have to buy fruits and veggies.

Oh Jesus please let this work for me.   I need to get this extra weight off once and for all and need to stop playing with it.

I know you'll let us know how its going.  I've been struggling since week 3 post up so I can imagine how frustrated you must be.  Whatever works for you while keeping you healthy is what you should be doing.  What's crazy is continuing to do what you already know does not work for you.

If this is true then call me crazy cause I have been doing the same dam thing for over 2 years now with little to no results,  now it's time to try something different.

Seriously, you gotta do whatcha gotta do...I take doctor prescribed Phentermine to maintain my weight so I COMPLETELY understand.... Much success to you...

Yeah I know, but I ordered 3 months worth.  LOL.   That's me the overdo it queen. 

If I don't like it I can return it, but so far I have only disliked 3 things.   I was gonna go with this place that brings you fresh meals everyday but it was $250 a week so $1000 for 3 months verses $1000 for one month is a great deal.

Phentermine,  I should ask my doctor for some.

Lee, try everything else before Phentermine, it is not a good drug.  (See my mini notes to Rhonda above) but I could go on and on. 

Man, you guys are scaring me.  I just converted to RNY.  I didn't do so only to wind up doing some of the unhealthy things like taking a dangerous drug just to loose weight.

Be careful with the Phentermine, extended use can damage your heart.  I used to take it and at one time had the hook up on it.  It is effective.  Hard as hell to go to sleep with it though.

I'm not going to get that Phentermine,   I remember taking it when it was Phen Phen and I didn't like it.     

I'm gonna try this NutriSystem and see what happens.

Yeah, its one half of Phen-Fen and supposedly the good 1/2 but who knows.  Its only after people start dropping dead again that the FDA would pull it off the market and with those types of things it could literally be years before you know what damage has been done.

Lee you look really good, be thankful (I know you are).  These last lbs you desire to lose will come be patient.  NutriSystem will probably get you there.  I work with a woman who tried it and she lost a lot of weight the only thing is she gained it back when she got back on reg foods.  Thats the key when you get there, and i am sure you will to have some restraint when you get back to reg food.

Every thing I do I lose a little weight and then gain it back even WLS I need to now get this extra 30, 40 pounds off and then maybe with all my working out I can keep it off.   

I don't know Brenda i'm just desperate and am hoping for a miracle at this point.  We will see what happens.
