Do well, tell Becca - Happy Birthday - tomorrow my daughter will turn 10!

Anyway, how big are the portions from Nutri System.  I was afraid to order them thinking that their portion size would be too much for me.  What are they like?

That lasagna portion is way to big for me,  I had to eat half and go back and eat the second half later.   I have to say that lasagna is really good.

The portions are perfect for bypass people and for the ones that are a bit larger you can eat half and then eat the other half later.   Oh and all the protein is listed on the front of the food.   It has a lot of protein.

The whole thing that I have gotten from talking to their counselors is that you MUST eat all the food and that will be a challenge for me, but I am going to eat in shifts so that I can eat everything.

Eating right is really hard for me so this is not going to be easy

The best of luck to you Lee..I just sent back my box of Nutrisystem. I just couldn't do it. If you have already tried some of the things and find them ok, that is definitely a good sign. They didn't tell me they had frozen food, perhaps that tastes better than what I ordered.

I wish you the absolute best. I know you can do it!!

Why did you send it back?   

I am at a point now where I don't care if something doesn't taste great i'm gonna eat it anyway cause i'm messing around way to much and the more I mess around the fatter I get. 

So hopefully I will not be returning anything and in a few months i'll be where I want to be.
