Alrighty Im down a measly 14 lbs since the challenge began.

( I checked my official records  )

But I will take it considering that the old me...would have been UP instead of DOWN

I could have done a whole lot more to stay focused on this challenge.  True !

I'mma do better  - I have to,  in order to reach my long time personal goals

In life,  and especially on this journey there are sure to be days when you falter and give in.......just remember to never give up.

According to my ticker I have lost just over 27 pounds since the start of this challenge. I could have done better but I will admit, I have had some stressful stuff going on that just wouldn't allow me to focus like I should. I am going to continue to work on achieving my ultimate goal, not exactly sure what it is but I am aiming for 45-65 more pounds. Congrats to all who were part of this challenge and good luck to everyone who is still on their own personal challenge.

Honeymoon Challenge - Goal is to lose 60 lbs by Labor Day.

I was 15lbs shy of reaching my goal, but I lost of total of 48lbs during the challenge.....so I'll take that!  I'll be 6 months out by 9/18, so hopefully I'll be closer to the 100lbs lost mark I was trying to hit.  Congrats to everyone who participated in the challenge!

Just tell me what I have to do and I'm with it!!  My goal is 170...I have 25 pounds to lose to get there...What are the "rules" of this challenge?  I'm down!!

For I know the thoughts that I think towards you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil to give you an expected end. Jeremiah 29:11

no "rules" just committing to a new and improved end of year goal.  I won't be doing a post, but I'm on a mission and anyone who wants to join me is welcome to check in on the BL for support etc.
