OK, Here is pictures of my meal for day 2. I won't be posting pics I just wanted to give you guys a idea of what I get to eat since I'm getting BL messages asking what I eat.
Everything I ate this day was really good and I enjoyed it. Oh I also had 2 cups of strawberries, sunflower seeds, and a chocolate chip cookie for desert.
I have to eat 2 dinners because I can't eat all the food in one setting, so I split it up into 2 meals.
No i'm not hungry at all.

Breakfast = Bran Cereal, Banana, Cheese Stick, 4 oz milk

Lunch = Beef Stew, Salad

Dinner #1 = 1/2 Chicken pattie, 1 cup Snow peas, Salad

Dinner #2 = Pizza & Jello (the pizza is like 5x5 inches)

Desert = Chocolate chip cookie, strawberries

Hmmm..looks yummy!
, there is NO way most restricted lap band folks can eat that much at one sitting, I prolly could do a few bites of banana, and half cup of cereal for breakfast and be stuffed...lunch I could do the soup since it is mushy but not all the salad...for dinner I could only do one enchilada if that....but it looks good.

People keep asking me if i'm hungry and i'm like Hell No it's hard trying to eat all this food when you have had WLS. This program is really great for me because on each box it posts how much protein is in each thing so I know i'm getting all the protein I need.
