Great Job! As I read your post, I said she is truly and inspiration. I too need to kick it in gear, I'd like to lose about 5 lbs over the next two weeks. What do the keto sticks do?

They are just a way to measure whether or not you are in ketosis (when your body is converting fat for fuel). You run the stick through a stream of urine and it turns a certain color (chart is on the bottle they come in) and then you will know whether or not you are moving some fat.
