Protiediet actually has a good tasting hot chocolate...it has 15 grams of protein per serving. Here is a link to a site that sells it. I used to get it from my surgeon's office.

Yesterday was good for me, I caved and ate a lil debie oatmeal pie before bed though 
Today Im doing
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs
Lunch: Tuna Salad
Dinner: Steak
And Tons of water in between of course...... I normally drop about 20 pounds in one week of being on the protein train, Ive lost 2 already from yesterday, and I didnt get to work out, Im gonna try to blaze the gym today along with the diet, Im sure I can drop about 5 today. I hope so anyway.....

Yea, Ive never done a protein train or liquid diet and not lost at a minimum 19 pounds in 5 days. I start every morning with 2 boiled eggs, lunch I do a protein shake, I hit the gym with my sauna suit on, do a full hour on the tred mill 30 minutes at 4.5mph, and 30 minutes at 3.5 mph. Do a couple reps of lat pulldowns, and go home and eat either crab, tuna, steak, salmon, shrimp one or the other, or I may just eat some soup. I'll only do the meat for the most part. I do that every single day and I loose about 4 pounds a day or so. Ive done about 4 protein trains/ liquid diets, and none of them have failed me, the least amount Ive lost is 19 pounds. For lil snacks in between ill have a slim jim or something. But It never fails me, and I never gain it back.
