Hello Everyone, Im on the Train. Monday started of to a good day.
Monday
B- 3 slices of bacon
L- pork rinds 1 slice of bacon
D- Cabbage , Deli Ham and 4 Vanilla Wafers
I had over 64 oz of fluid.
Exercise bike 6 miles
Tuesday
B- ZERO
L- Sauteed shrimp few pork rinds
S- Ham roll with cheese, coffee
D- Ham roll with cheese. small bowel collards
6 mile cycle- 150 crunches, 4 sets weights upper body
My Goal is to loss at least 10 pounds putting me closer to my second goal of under 200 lbs
My downfall will be wine on Friday night. WINE. Thats not allowed right?
