Now have you worn other wigs as well? Do you find the lace fronts to not be as hot? I've got one wig, thats super cute and sassy, but I felt like my head wass going to explode it felt so hot. Maybe now that the weather is cooling off I can get more use out of it.
As for your question, I'd take it off everynight, just have a mannequin head around to store it on. My beautician recommended not wearing a wig constantly, says your scalp needs to be able to breathe.

Depending on the application method, lacefronts can be worn up to several weeks. If you are comfortable with daily application (without adhesive or with a low tack adhesive) you will be fine. If you choose to do a different type of bonding method you can wear your lacefront for an extended period. To get into this a bit further...are you wearing a synthetic or human hair unit? Is it just the lace in the front or a full lace unit? You can PM me with any other question that you may have and I will be glad to answer them for you.
The question that I am asked most often:
Is that your hair??????
