But I'm trying to abstain because the extra sodium is reeking havoc on the scale.....water weight, and that joker takes about 2 days to rid myself of it. Glad you're with us. Like Ms MM said, its ll about acknwledging your needsand taking action. Hope to see you here more often. I know I can't do this alone. IRL I have wonderful supporters including other wls people but I need this community to keep my sanity.
I also don't dump easily although I do dump. It scares the hell out of me that I may be able to eat anything I want with no immediate punishment. I get relly frustrated, weak, willed, guilty, proud, angry, self abasing, depressed, over confident among other things. Posting and reading keeps me in check. When I can't at least lurk I am at my most vulnerable.
Atkins daybreak bars are my 'sweets' of choice and pork skins with zero calorie dip (walden farms) are my 'chips'. My 6 month labs show potential problems which I am working to avoid. Basics, never stray from the basics.
I also don't dump easily although I do dump. It scares the hell out of me that I may be able to eat anything I want with no immediate punishment. I won't lie, last week was a total wash due me being sick. I had no appetite and when I did eat it wasn't the best choices. My water intake was down and I did absolutely no exercise.
Today is a new day, and this is a new week so while my eatingg is not the best today, I did get in my mile and a half walk and my water intake is up.
I'm already planning my diet for the week so I should be completely back on track tomorrow.

jToday is the first day of my full liquid diet, I will be doing full liquids mainly protein and lotsa lotsa water until thursday when I will pick day 3 of the 5dy pouch test. I know this is extreme but I have an extreme carb habit going on, soooooooo I need etreme measures...lol after all why would I subject myself to mack mama's boot camp......love ya Ma
Anywho this is the line up for my meals.
B-protein shake
L- didnt really eat lunch was at church
S- cream of chicken soup
D- Protein shake
I will include another shake or two this evening if hungry
I took all my vitamins and I am working on getting my water in 64 oz.
As for exercisej I did not get my mile in this morning so I am doing 3 miles with leslie this evening...I think that about covers it.....whatcha think Mama!!
