Protein Train...................ALL aboard!!!!

Morning All,

The protein train is here!! It's a new week so let's have a new attitude on this protein train. How did you do last week? How are you feeling on the train?

For me:

I think I have messed around and caught a flu bug or something...............I feel like crap. I weigh myself on Mondays so as of this morning I'm down 3 pounds since last week.

Come on y'all...........................CHOOOOOOOOO CHOOOOOOOOO
When nothing else could help................LOVE lifted me!!!!

I'm on - doing good - last week I had B-day cake on my babygirl's b-day and two or there of those 100 cal parfaits when I was craving something sweet.  Otherwise - on point!

I'm ready and stocked for this week, string cheese for snacking and all that jazz.  Will be focusing on water and exercise.

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

That's great! You seem to be very committed to this thang! I haven't been eating much at all these last few days but now I understand one of your previous post about being sick and losing weight. I feel like crap but hey............I'm down 3 pounds!

LOL!!!!  I keep saying I am ONE good stomach flu away from goal weight......

The trick is when you lose weight like that, when you feel better, you start shoveling in food - so be careful....

Didn't think of that..........I'm going to slide right into this protein train when I feel up to it. Do you have any suggestions on what I can try to eat? right now I'm drinking tea with honey/lemon juice.......that's about all i can stomach. If I could lose another 3-4 this week..............y'all better watch out......

Get back into it with whatever protein you're interested in eating and green leafy veggies.  You will probably crave carbs and you have to avoid them in order to not get on the carb monster crave cycle. 

One snack that's really working for me is lunchmeat/cheese rollups - I have provolone cheese slices and put deli chicken in the middle and fold it like a lil half sammich - when I feel extra fly, I put a lil cream cheesew/chive spread on the cheese to add flavor.

I am great!  thanks for asking!

I bought eyelid primer at MAC the other week - I thought of you when doing my eyeshadow this morning!  LOL - I'm still working on blending and trying bolder colors.  I also bought an eyeshadow brush - which I think was the key.
