HOLD MY FEET TO THE FIRE! ACCOUNTABILITY TIME
I am so grateful for the accountability post! I see so many folks that say..............I've been gone forever and now I've gained weight. I don't want weight gain to keep me accountable so thanks for this post.
With that said, I worked out during the biggest loser last night and my arms are still burning today.

You're welcome, but I must confess I post for purely serlfish reasons. Good going on the exercise. I've actually never watched the show.
We got cut about the same time and just like you I'm scared ****less of gaining. It seems like the "Tweens" get complacent before hitting goal and we are smack in that danger zone. When a past accountability post stopped I had to take it up. I've been weak lately and it would be worse I I did not have to confess every morning.

I'm just stopping in to say hi. So far this week has been a bust for me. I am prepared to begin the 5 dpt tomorrow. I was killing time in a discount book store yesterday and picked up two low carb cookbooks. The 1st is a phase 1 book, each recipe is less than 5 net carbs. The other is a phase 2 book, all recipes less than 8 net carbs. Now all I gotta do is stick with it!
ANOTHER GOOD DAY......my eating today was on point again....I am really proud of my progress. I even got my water in Sarg...lol all 64 oz....I got one workout in today and I am going to hit Ms leslie again tonight. Today eating plan is as follows:
B-Protein shake
S- egg salad
L-Protein shke
S- egg salad
D- 1 cup chili
Water check Vits check exercise check EATING CHECK CHECK CHECK...GO Kelly Go Kelly...

S-2 handfuls of cashew/almond/macadamia mix
D-4 meatballs
S-2 tablespoons of frozen "free" whip cream
4 sticks of Extra chewing gum
I took all supplements. I did horrible with drinking water-didn't drink much of anything today. Didn't work out-I don't work out on Wednesday cause bible study gets out pretty late. Not one of my good days.
