Today,
B-large sausage link
S-coffee
L-ribs, brocolli and green beans (ate almost a half lunch order)
S-nuts and protein shake
D-ate the other half of my lunch-almost couldn't eat it all

Weigh in Monday-didn't lose a pound! I don't measure inches but I can tell that I have lost some. Don't know why the scale didn't move this week. My appetite has been low and I don't think I have been eating enough. I am getting a good amount of exercise. Did 6 flights of stairs today-twice-felt like I was gonna pass out. I took all my vitamins/supplements. Still struggling with water.

well I had another good day....I am soooo proud of myself.....j

B- protein shake
S-skipped snack
L- 2 boiled eggs
S- apple
D- talapia, w/broccoli medley

Water 48 oz in need to do better with that
Vitamins - all good
Exercise to a nice brisk stroll around the neighborhood......
I think that covers it.....this week I am focusing on exercise twice a day.....starting in the morning...

  just so you know.... I AM still watching...........

One note:  if you are upping your exercise, you MUST make sure you're not missing meals.  If you're going to WORK your body, you must also FEED it - the right things, of course.

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......
