HOLD MY FEET TO THE FIRE! ACCOUNTABILITY TIME
OK....its on now....no more dreading the sagging breasts (mine are still pretty plump), no more fear about my belly hanging down further than it already does.....I am going to claim the Plastic Surgery....so I can't let this hold me back any longer! What ever falls...falls...whatever deflates...deflates....
B - Beef Sausage, WW Bread (daily limit one slice), protein cocoa
L - Chicken Salad OR Wendy's Chili
D - Hamburger (no bun), lettuce, tomato, Onions, Condiments
S - Mozzarella Stick, Applesauce with Splenda and Cinnamon
80 oz of Water
All Vitamins and Supplements all down!
Exercise....daughter has Girl Scouts so I will have to use the Stair Stepper at home...will do 30 minutes....need to gear it back up.
Goal is to get back to 3-5 days at Gym next week!
