Not the Big Mac and a Sprite !!!!!
That makes me scared just thinking about it. I must say I never liked Big Macs but I sure have dreamed about them since surgery but I'll let you handle them. 
I ate some chocolate cake/brownie something today and my pouch was like oh no you din't 
so I'm glad to know it still works but I'm not as brave as you are.
