Truly Thankful

I feel like I am in a dream because this could not be reality...I never imagined in all of my life that I would be lucky enough to be experiencing what I am today...My life has changed tremendously and before it was okay but now it is the greatest thing ever...I am actually living and learning all over again...Sometimes I think back to my childhood when I started to pick up weight and wonder why nobody ever stopped me...I am REALLY enjoying every moment, good and bad...It is so interesting to see how people look at you in a new way never knowing what you have been through...I have a long way to go with this journey mentally and physically and I am constantly thinking about my struggles each day...I am approximately 170 with about 20-20 lbs to go...I am 1 week shy of 11 months out and hope to lose at least 6 lbs in the next 6 weeks...I can do it but I have to concentrate and work hard...I wish everyone out there the best of luck and hope that you are doing your best.

Hello Ms. Isa,

As always you have done a fantastic job! We are surgery date twins so I am with you on the getting those last few in,lol. I wish you continued success on this journey and know that it is just beginning because once we get to goal we still gotta work it so that we can stay there. Again congrats and you look amazing :)
