I agree, it seemed like it was a money thing from the other post i'm glad you cleared that up LaVerne. I think it's a great thing your doing.

I was at Camp Pendleton for 18 years, before moving to Northern Cali. I understand how important it is to have someone come visit you when your overseas. The moral can get pretty low when your away from home missing your family.

ain't nothing wrong if it was about the money....shoood, let the economy still be tripping when this contract end...Imma put my 10 years of DoD-USAF experience to use right over there too! One of my dearest friend, and ex-coworkers tour ends Friday...he has been there 6 months as a civilian volunteer...and now heads back to MAFB....Imma hafta deal with that plane ride if they will have me LOL...I'm juss playing...my deaf ass ain't leaving the USA! but I sure would not mind!
