I'm promise no until the doc clears me.   I have to wait for the inflamation to go down.

Well I am happy to hear that the mystery is solved & you're well on your way to recovery!!! Don't over do it & no workouts until you are cleared!!  How in the heck did you dislocate your hip? any ideas?

I have no idea how my hip got dislocated,  it happened once in Washington also.  He said it was from a fall but I didn't fall and there was no bruise. 

So i'm hoping I don't have some trick hip that slips in and out of socket or something crazy.

That is not super that is stupid.  Cause I was bent over running in complete pain and I knew it wasn't good.
