Happy New Year BAF family... I'm starting fresh in 2010...
Coming out of lurk mode!
1. just ordered a case of protein;
2. plan to call for an appointment with the surgeon... long overdue for that yearly check up
3. plan to find a psychologist here in St. Louis to help me with the demons of self-sabatogue.
This is the year I finally reach goal. I can feel it.
Looking forward to reading about less of us in the coming year!
