Here's the secret don't tell a soul. Get a medical loan like I did and self pay. After doing sit-ups for 6 years to no avail, I decided to get a tummy tuck my 38th birthday gift to myself at that time.

So true. People of my generation are dying left and right, I've never experienced this before. It has made me mindful of the fact that tomorrow is not promised & I must always tell people that I love them and when there is something or someone toxic in my life I'm out of there quick and in a hurry.
