Another milestone.....

what's up BAF!!!! I had my surgery Aug. 4th. 2005, and I started  at 415lbs., and I was near death physically, and spiritually....I am at my lowest and healthiest i have ever been, and God had worked on me in soo many ways you wouldn't believe...I am now a happy, healthy 221lbs...I have let go and let God and I have been consistent and taken life one day at a time...........That is 194lbs!!!!!! God is good!!! New pics will be soon released...stay tuned!!! lol!!!

Whaddup cuz????!!!!!  Dawg - My surgery was 8/8/05 - so we are surgery 1st cousins and shiot!  LOL  Do the dayum thing man!!!

 Hey Brother! You are doing the damn thing. You have your surgery on my birthday. I'm a August 4th baby! I am in the process of getting a VSG. I have my Psych appointment tomorrow and my second visit with the surgeon on Thursday. Hopefully, I should get a estimate surgery date on Thursday. Let me ask you a question, did you lose any weight before surgery? and after surgery, when you started back going to the gym.
