Medifast

Hello has anyone on here tried Medifast and had any success with it .....I  have 20 lbs that I would like to lose and need to find something that will work.  Thanks in advance for your comments.

I did Medi/Opti fast in the early 80's.  I was on it for 4 months and lost a lot of weight, but as soon as I started eating again all that weight came back super fast, and I ended up fatter than I was.

same as slty pickle..it works but the regain is terrible...
