OMG, I feel like a Fish out of Water
"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, and fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There's nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to manifest the glory of God that is within us. It's not just some of us; it's in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."Destiny_Fulfilled~

Hey Steph,
I'm right with you on the addiction transfers. Mine happens to be iced coffees, but I can also agree with you on the alcohol. The quick buzz and quick let down can lull us into a false sense of comfort, thereby making us drink more and forgeting about the calories in alcohol.
I had gotten into some bad habits and not workiing out as much as well..but I guess tightening clothes and NOT wanting to get BACK to nearly 400 lbs is a great motivator. So, I've gotten back to working out and am thankful my pouch is still working as well.
Its great that you recognize that you have fallen off somewhat and are ready and able to do something about it..there are plenty who have gone BACK to where they were and then some. Me? I refuse.
Keep doing ur thing. Ur looking great, by the way.

"When Alexander saw the breadth of his domain, he wept for there were no more worlds to conquer." Plutach. Not true, for there are always more worlds to conquer.
