...uhm... Just juggling a few things around in my head here before I try and respond to your post... It's kinda nerve-racking though

What stood out to me was how much that small random act of kindness by a lady you barely know had such a profound positive impact on your day. We can all learn from her example.

Reading this made me have tears in my eyes. So many of us do get lost in this process of trying to reach our goal weight, size, and look while forgetting what we have already accomplished. it is so hard sometimes. But this is a reality check. Thanks for sharing.
