52 miles in 17 days
is going on? I am really determined but this sucks. I limited my carbs , got my protein in, vitamins, and water. I am veriy active so if I eat under 1600 calories a day I feel weak. I feel for you as I am in the same position right now.
Oh the frustration of it all.
I hope by changing my workout routine I'l start making progress. I have to keep managing my calorie deficit so at a minimum I know I'm not just fooling myself.
