Starting today protein train for 31 days........My goal is to lose at least 3 to 5llbs per week.

Breakfast : 1 sausage link, 3strips of bacon and a boiled egg. I'm  stuffed

Lunch: chicken shrimp and steak stir fry with onions and mushrooms

Dinner:  Unknown as of now........

I am commenting to 3days per of exercising..........
