This mornings milkshake was chocolate ice cream, whip cream, and twinkies. Calories 230, fat 3, Carbs 12.

This liquid diet is really good

I'm not even tempted, I hate twinkies and those type of little cakes. (thank goodness) However, if it had some m & m's or oreos in in then I'd be all over that bad boy and then curled up in a corner for hours.
