Take time to evaluate your mindset each day.  Ensure your behavior supports your objectives.    Be brutally honest with yourself about how you are doing.  BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR YOUR ACCOMPLISHEMENTS AND YOUR FKCU UPS EVERY SINGLE DAY.  This is how you take the same 'you' and make improvements.

I did not track yesterday but I am on it today.  Going for the purple but greatful for any ketones.  Gotta get loosing again.  Goal is now a far off memory.  I must get these buldging and balooning thighs back into my clothes.

Tracking makes all the difference.  Seeing the numbers before you eat can really make you re evaluate your choices.

 On the road to gaining. Scale went from 182 to 193. Not very happy, but understand I only have me, myself, and I to blame. Falling into bad habits. Emotional eater I am! But that is not an excuse. Now time to correct it. Emotional eater is one thing, but not exercising is something I have more control over. I am getting ready to set myself up for success. What is the first step?

You already know the first step is to begin again at the present moment.  Get back to basics immediately.  Holler when you need support.  You know what to do now do it.  If you fkcu up get back to basics immediately.
