Come out come out wherever you are:) Just wanted to say hello to everyone

I don't get on the site often these days but I'm going to do better at checking in because it keeps me on target and I learn new things every time I visit OH. Last night I learned that I can dissolve my calcium pills in any liquid...OMG they dissolve so fast and they don't taste bad either. ( I used a very very small amount of diet green iced tea)This will help me to get down those baby's every day.

Hey MsPC, its been a minute. You know I neet to check in daily. Its the only way.

If I start overeating I need to confess. If I did not have to tell it out loud you'd see me back in six months boo hooing about weight gain. Catholic guilt is a ***** but its working.

I'll be your friend. Select add friend button under each post to friend folks that are private or friends only. The share button lead to many BAF people limiting access. If a thread I post winds up on fb I don't want everyone to have open access to my profile.
