Gym is Open (Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon)
Hi guys! I'm headed off for a folk and bluegrass festival today after work and won't be bac****il Monday at noon. I won't have internet access. It is at the Snowbird Ski Resort. I love it up there. I hope to get in a lot of exercise while I'm there.
Here is what I did this morning, as I was in a rush: 40 minutes treadmill and ab workout.
I hope you all get lots of exercise the next few days!

I went to the gym last night and did:
30 min hill treadmill program and lifted arms.
bench press: 3x12 (I think I've been writing this wrong all along..it's 3 complete sets at 12 reps each)
Chest machine: 3x12
Adductor (thigh machine): 3x15
Abductor (outer thighs and hips):3x15
overhead pull:1x8
I did one but can't remember the name where you sit and pull the weight from the front: 3x12
Another where you sit and push down:3x15
Abs: 3x12
Back Machine:3x12

I have been doing that cardio glider exercise thing evey morning for the past two weeks! I think I can actualy see a little bicep muscle. My dog Sassy has been helping me she likes to sit and watch me make a fool of myself on that contraption. This morning I was super tired and every time I took a break she barked at me..... Can dogs tell time?

Didn't get to the gym last night because we went out to dinner (NOT fun for me!) and went shopping..now that was more my style..
However I did do Richard Simmons Disco Sweat yesterday morning so I did get a chance to move my buns. I FINALLY did a workout tape..
I've been saying I would for weeks!
